Parking was easy and secure. Room was clean and comfortable, nice view of the lake. Staff were excellent and all with breakfast included. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious with wonderful view of the lake. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. All rooms equipped with full cooking facilities as well as a machine machine and tumble drier. Bed was soft and sheets clean and hotel standard.

We loved the whole experience! Absolutely superb breakfast, beautiful view, close to restaurants and shops, we also loved the kind and attentive staff and the pool!! Can’t wait to return

We had a great time at Horizons. The only thing I would suggest as feedback if breakfast started at 6 am instead of 630 only because of the crowds going up to the snow.

We enjoyed the breakfast. We used the fold out sofa bed as we had a king room. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to the point where no one slept on it. Still get charged an extra $45 per night for it as well. Every thing else was alright.
