Had an overall great stay in the El Nido accommodation. Please note that you can hear the train go by - it’s not too loud and that you can hear other visitors outside the room quite clearly so just be mindful of that with noise control. Besides this, hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Would recommend this accomodation.

All good, lovely obliging staff. First time we have struck accommodation that doesn't provide a kettle or tea and coffee and milk. We just had to ask the friendly staff for them, including cups, but is this the way motels are heading? Nice place though.

Room was small but clean and secure. Location is great for the price, one stop by train from sydney central. Of our 3 night stay, 2 nights good, but one night very noisy due to rowdy guests in next room.

Manager was friendly on arrival and the room was clean neat and tidy but floors were polished concrete and room was tiny with no coffee or tea making facilities. Room was very noisy from trains running all night and other guests coming in during the night so unable to get any sleep.

Very noisy train line got woken up by the next rooms alarm going off so can hear absolutely everything. Bed not great. Limited parking stuffy room. Blind didn’t work. Wasn’t great at all

The hotel itself is quite nice, the size of the rooms are what you pay for.
There is a train track right next to the hotel, which can be noise when in your room, but it is not worth worrying about.

Loved the space and proximity to the soccer stadium. Trains were very noisy so ear plugs are advised. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, comfortable beds and kitchen a bonus. The floor was dirty in corners so house keeping needs to be increased, otherwise perfect and a great price for the city

When booking the hotel, it was clearly stated that there was available parking (nothing about having to reserve or pay extra) which is what other hotels normally state. We had to park a 20 minute walk away from the hotel due to limited space. Place was also dirty and needs a good scrub. Very very small for the amount of money too.

Perfect for my visit’s purpose. Room is small as expected but comfortable. You hear every noise going on around you. Flush buttons on toilet were loose so kept filling cistern unless adjusted. Bed very comfortable. Water pressure in shower fantastic. Night staff was very friendly but others seemed merely functional. Disappointed that I had to go to reception to ask for towels. No apology that they weren’t in the room. Expensive for what you get but predicting that the room was more expensive than usual due to Mardi Gras being on. Hotel was a 10/15 minute walk to Belvoir Street Theatre which was really convenient. Seeing a play there was the purpose of my visit.

Positives: the beds were pretty comfy, and there is decent access to both Redfern and Central stations.
Negatives: where do I even begin? My partner had to CLEAN the air con filter upon arrival, as it was filthy and inhibiting the machines ability to fucntion. The staff, although polite, were seemingly incompetent. We needed a new duvet brought to our room due to a spillage. The staff handed us, after us having to ask several times, a duvet and accompanying sheets, and essentially said good luck. No offer to make the bed, or even take the old duvet away! There was NO room service or cleaning during our stay. We had to beg for someone to take away our dirty towels and rubbish. Additionally, the selling points of Mexican street food and bar on site no longer exist, however this was not mentioned anywhere upon the listing nor check in.
This accommodation is certainly NOT a hotel, and definitely not worth the $1200 we paid for our 3 night stay.

A great landing spot for a night. Room was teeny tiny but the bed was so comfortable.
The hotel decor is so awesome and they have done a great job styling to make the space feel airy and larger than it is.
The hotel is on a busy road and on a train line but that does make it convenient as it’s close to Redfern station and close to bars and cafes. Central is only a 10 min walk away, too.
A bit of a shame the taco restaurant has closed as there were no options for a drink or snack in the lobby.
You’re not going to want to stay here for a luxury staycation but as far as location, affordability and convenience goes, we’ll stay again.
