Lovely location, Ferry few minutes walk at the Bay. Nice and quiet, restaurants and shopping. Great Hotel and excellent staff. Fabulous Breakfast included.

For the price paid, the room condition could have been better but the celebratory cake was a nice touch. Considering the hotel is supposed to be five stars, they should be doing regular maintenance on their lifts considering it took waiting for 5 minutes for one door to close.

My only suggestion is to have a selection of pillows. They were so hard and very uncomfortable which meant not a great sleep unfortunately

The hotel is the best and close to everything I used valet parking and the staff were great Geena the concierge was amazing, friendly, helpful and could you please inform the hotel of my comments. Staff like her are hard to come by nowadays.
