It was amazing stay ... beautiful place , heaps to do , werribee zoo next door as well as the werribee mansion.. fantastic definitely be back.

The king bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was great and quiet. The slat window shades don't provide complete block out but that didn't bother me. Wonderful atmosphere and surrounds but the thing that really made my stay special was the service provided by Renee on the front desk. So considerate and friendly, she took my needs into consideration and was super helpful. She also remembered me the next day and showed gentle genuine interest and kindness in our conversation. I have always wanted to stay at the Mansion and will be coming back for sure - especially when there is a great last minute special like the one that I got.

Hotel was fully booked at the time of stay. We paid a premium to stay one night but were put in a room above the spa and sauna which was very noisy up until 10pm. The blinds were broken. Breakfast was not great.

Very tired, definitely needs a renovation. Definitely not 5* quality.
We had to get them to mop our bathroom as there were still stains on the floor.
Swimming pool, steam room & change rooms dirty and very tired.
Layers of dust and cobwebs throughout the building. Overall cleanness was very poor.
Staff all very pleasant and extremely friendly and welcoming.

Wanted rest and peace, left the hotel with more stress and anxiety: this hotel had no hot water and I followed up 6 times without any call backs/solutions. The pool was out of order, the rooms are not soundproof so it was very noisy at night and we could not sleep! Reception showed zero care whatsoever despite the unpleasant experience - this was unacceptable!
