Luna Apartments

I loved how it felt cosy and homely. I definatley recommend Luna Apartments for long or short stay , a couple or more . Reception lady is beautiful. Such a place of bliss .

Was sitting out the front veranda of the property having a chat and laugh with the other guests until we were confronted by one of the owners a rather large male standing over us and quite frankly rather aggressive and intimidating at the noise level of our conversation he then proceeded to poke he’s head into our room and have a nosey whilst trying to intimidate us three young females was a rather scary and uncomfortable experience will not be returning do not recommend

This place has all the basics you’ll need, it’s quiet and in a great spot.

Proprty has been recently renovated. Very comfortable and would definately stay there again.

No info on availability of any Wi Fi No aircon in bedroom Excellent contact with Giselle, understanding, adaptable to my timings and good follow up. Good location

Value for money, this is a great place for a short stay. My wife and I only needed a bed for the night after meeting friends in Scarborough. Book in and out was easy and would use again.

Lovely affordable place. The owners are very professional, kind and helpful.

Very easy at check in and friendly staff. Good parking facilities and only 500 meters to the beach front is a bonus. Enjoyed looking at the surf board collection, will be back next month

Owner called me to tell me she wouldn't accept my booking after I had booked. I stayed there for 5 nights the week before and I spilt some candle wax on the bedside table.. some towels had bleach on them... I offered to replace .. she refused I offered to give her money she refused.. I had to to ask everyday for towels as they were not changed..nor were the bedsheets.. I had to ask for sugar and there was mouse poo in the cupboards and grime. I cleaned the place and took the rubbish out and bleached the bathroom sink.. I showed her the accidental mark from a candle soot that I offered to go to Bunnings to get her something to clean it off as I had used magic sponge which didn't work..she assured me.its fine and her partner would fix it.. I offered money more than twice and offered to replace the towels... She also hassled me the day I checked in as she didn't want to stay in the office til the closing time on a Saturday although it clearly states on the website and booking that the office is open til 7pm. She even. Rung me twice to hurry me up when I was dropping my.kids off to there grandparents ... She told me she would be telling Expedia about me... If she says anything other than i am a polite and clean honest woman woman who notified her immediately of the accidental things listed above and who wanted to pay or replace those things then I will be considering it defemation. Not happy at all with this place absolutely disgraceful treatment of its paying customers.

Great apartment, all cooking gear you need. Comfi bed and linen, great water pressure in shower. Nice view from upper floor apartment

The room was clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff. It was walking distance to the beach and shops which was very handy. I'd definitely stay there again.

Warming welcome when I arrived. The room was Ok. Was hoping for a better Kitchen. No rangehood. I did have a few issues with the room which most were addressed before I left. The room does need a makeover. Bring it up to date. Maintenance would need to be done to the room before I stayed there again.

We spent two days here and the lady that runs the apartments was extremely helpful!. It was in a great location for us! So close to the beach!.
