The rooms were very clean, and was a great location.

Easy check in. Clean room, stocked mini bar. All good.

Clean rooms, comfortable, well appointed, staff and parking very easy. Quiet place. Surrounds could do with improvement gardens included and buildings maintenance improved.

Convenient and was available when we needed at short notice. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom cleanliness was lacking and parts of our room were in desperate need of maintenance (in particular, the rotting, water-damaged fridge cabinetry).

Its was very nice. Quiet area. Clean and comfortable.

Very close to the Buller Sport, a convenience place if you go to Mt Buller.

Nirmally staff turn on the heater before our arrival as we arrive late but we were eligible ofcheck in in the afternoo. The room was very cold and didnt ge warm all night the heater has problem

Motel is not on a main road so it was very peaceful

really ok for the price and location but it could do with a tidy up in front of the rooms. Lots of leaves and dirt to the door step but clean inside and (come for the bull).

Firstly, when you stepped into the room, we instantly had an old smell and our bed doona and blanket didn't look freshly washed for a long period of time, so we removed it. We only had 1 bedsheet to share and to sleep in as well. The pillows are too thin and uncomfortable at all :( Secondly, poor lighting in the room, especially in the evening, and on the first night we had a visitor called a spider on the wall. Furthermore, we're very disappointed with the pricing. It is worth $350 per night, and it barely benefits from the cost. For example: milk was provided, but it was old and out of date. Overall, only good feedback was easy check-in and very close to the local shops, restaurants and centre of Mansfield and free parking on site.

Functional and serviceable. Very limited cooking facilities for microwave and no crockery for your toast etc. No brekkie options but short drive to town has a really good selection of cafes and restaurants. Pool is great for hot days. Room was basic seventies.

Room looked like it'd never been maintained since first built decades ago. There was badly damaged shelving that had never been repaired. Badly needed repainting at least. Given any choice , will not return .

I liked the spacious room, the large TV but access to streaming would have been good. I liked the walk in shower with ample hot water. An excellent bed but the pillows were a bit flat.

STAY ELSEWHERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD SERVICE We booked (and paid $270 for the night for) a family room and were given a room with a queen bed pushed in front of an adjoining room door and 2 singles pushed together on an adjacent wall, not at all like the photo of the family room on WOTIF. There were LOTS of cobwebs on the walls but it was otherwise clean. I would not normally bother to review poorly for the above reason, some things are just not what you pay for, but after the following interaction with the owner I feel it is my duty to let people know that they should really BOOK ELSEWHERE! I had a sick child with me and called in the morning to ask for a late check out (we had arrived at 10pm the evening before) we were told that we could have a late check out at 1030am.... 30 mins after normal checkout! NEVER have I ever not been given a late check out of at least an hour if requested, especially with a sick child. I thought I would do the right thing and speak with the owner to give him an opportunity to do explain but he just said that all room were stripped first, they were busy and was quite rude. IN STARK CONTRAST, we are now at ALZBURG in town (for $250 per night for a spotless 2BR apartment with kitchen!!) and, although they were very heavily booked they immediately offered a late check out at 11am and mentioned we could check whether the room was occupied directly after us and potentially have longer. Completely different experience! DO NOT BOOK MOTOR INN!
