Staff were absolutley delightful, room spotless.

Room was clean and tidy. great little cafe/bar attached

The bathroom was very smelly, like sewage. Room also smelly and was extremely small, had too much furniture for the size, would not recommend or stay here again

Check-in was super quick and easy. Staff were so friendly . Rooms were really clean and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

The carpet in the room had a number of stains & the balcony furniture could do with a freshen up. Room had everything I needed and staff were helpful.

Booked a “deluxe” room with a king bed, bed was barely bigger than a double, and room was smaller than photos made them out to be. I went straight down to reception and asked if they had given us the wrong room and they said sorry we have had complaints about the bed size but that’s just what it is. Room was also never restocked properly before our stay as there was only decaf coffee left and the packets of empty coffee were left in the box.

Whilst I am happy to use the towels for more than one night, I do expect my bed to be made daily at the prices I paid

Stinky room, found a half a peanut under the curtain as soon as I checked in lol. The shower room smelled strong of bleach. Made forms as I ran the shower water on the floor. Tiny tiny room. The front staff was nice. AC was good for the hot weather. Overall, not worth the money. Will never stay here again.

Neat room good enough for a short stay. Air conditioning kept the room really cool and the room itself was clean and tidy. Will stay again.

Sheets were dirty / stained, had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, new sheets, and rubbish removal as there was no house keeping, stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Paid $582 for 3 nights, room is tiny and one chair and tiny little desk to eat at so if there is two of you’s it’s useless, one person can only sit and eat at a time. No microwave or kitchenette No sink to wash your dishes / cups Had to ask reception for new cups after a day When asked reception for more towels, toilet paper etc, it seemed like an inconvenience and asking for housekeeping they referred to “room service” but it was just the basic housekeeping needing to be done like refilling / changing.

The shower drain made the whole room smell. There is mold in the shower and the shower shelf is broken. The room was very small, especially for the price we paid. It took nearly 40 minutes to get checked in.

Great bathroom. Very tiny cramped room

A little run down but good basic hotel. Bed really firm. Price was cheap which is why I picked it and ok for the money. Not sure if I’d return unless it was significantly cheaper than others. Do not pay the $26 for breakfast it only includes a hot/cold drink with a sandwich or croissant despite the images suggesting more.
