The hotel was clean and modern and served out purpose of a 2 day quick stay over on the way up to the Gold Coast. ee would stay again.

We loved our stay here. Spacious rooms, very clean and modern. Good sized pool. Convenient location.

Room was great.

Everything was great here. It’s really quiet in the rooms, they’re spacious and have everything we needed. We were in the Adam Harvey suite and felt it was really luxe, especially for the price we paid! Pool and gym were also both great!! Staff were super lovely!

The room sizing was great. We have a big family and it was affordable and comfortable! Kids loved the pool

The hotel was excellent overall, though some areas of the rooms have begun to show signs of wear.

This is a magnificent new complex and makes it really hard to find fault. The staff were extremely professional and extremely welcoming.

Only issue was the bed was very hard and pillows were not very comfortable making it hard to sleep, we stayed 5 nights

The Motel is in a very quite spot, the room are clean and staff very friendly.

The room was spotless, no fuss check-in and staff polite and courteous. The Mecure is also connected to the West’s Leagues. Great place to stay.

We booked this hotel because Mercure has been a reliable place with good standards in the past. The heated pool was not heated. The restaurant on site is awful, it’s the only thing making this stay less than 5 stars all round. Room was clean, spacious and super quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The whole motel was great. It would be great if when forwarding our bookings to these place that it is noted the age & sex of any children staying with the adult. I have a boy 11yrs & a girl 12 yrs. I had requested the family suite which was great but there was only a king size bed in each bedroom. the girl & boy could not sleep together, nor do I sleep with either of them. It was easy registering on arrival & the staff were very helpful. When they realised it was my birthday, I was given a bottle of wine & some sweets. The staff were kind enough to supply a fold-away bed which was set up in the loungeroom when I brought this to their attention. The rooms were very clean & comfortable; it was easy access to the restaurant for meals & there was plenty of undercover/shaded parking available. Enough though I only live 55 kilometers from the facility I do not drive at night so it was great to stay in such comfort.

We used this hotel for a stopper when we were travelling North from Sydney. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff were friendly. The family room was huge but we found the bathroom to be a bit grim as it was all on one tiled level. All good other than that.
