Rooms need a small couch and the hot water was not reliable

Great location. Clean room. Staff were friendly. A great tome was had

some furniture are old, the cooking facilities are complete (microwave, electrical-kettle, bowls, forks, cups, etc., easy for residents to make quick meals), 24 hour hot water, isolated balcony also isolates the traffic noise and external temperature, good cost-performance (cheaper accommodation than the surrounding hotels).

This place needs a serious renovation and new tables chairs.

Terrible experience. The building is right next to the highway with a terrible sound (and thermal) insulation, and the AC makes a lot of noise too so it is very hard to sleep. The room has insects that look like cockroaches, kitchen consists of an electric stove that can't even boil water to cook pasta, the bathroom floor was soaking wet when we arrived because the drain was blocked... We ask for cancellations and refund but couldn't get it as we booked through this third-party website. I cannot recommend to stay in this accommodation, only positive points are the location and the price.

As the address is not busy was easy to turn into

The people in the office are very friendly. If you are a five star person this is not for you but if you are a three star person it’s great. Walk to city and near Queens Park. I got there about 10am and room was ready, great!!

The building is very old, the furniture is even older, plus there are a lot of insects in the kitchen at night, the internet connection is the worst of all, the only good thing is the receptionists are friendly and the location is great.

Amazing location, kind Park and city right at your doorstep. The place was clean, tidy and had everything i needed. The 1 draw back was the televisión es very small and kept losing reception. Definitely will stay again.

This is a budget accommodation and fairly good value for money. It has all the basics but nothing extra - viz kitchen had minimum items. Location is good. Older premises but everything worked just everything towards the minimum required.

This a basic unit with good size kitchen and bathroom. The room is large enough. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and clean and in good repair. The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

For the price, i was very satisfied. It was close to the city, comfortable bed and a little kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again.

Affordable place to stay, close to the city and for what it is its excellent!

Very surprising...overall i was impressed , for the cost it was tremendous and the young lady at reception was helpful when i phoned and extremely organised on arrival...i will be back.
