Honestly everything was wonderful! You get some free drink tokens and the bistro is amazing. Check in was slow but they were understaffed, the worker who checked me in was so incredibly lovely.

Very convenient having access to a great Bistro. Bed was very comfortable and the towels nice and soft. I will stay on my next visit to Emerald.

Very Clean Property. Meals were excellent! I would have been very happy with this property, except for the very soft mattress, my preference is a firm mattress. Continental Breakfast was not in room and not provided on check-in. (Just a note for reception as it would have been appreciated if it had been provided on check-in,)

Room was decidedly average compared to photos. A lot of noise from other guests. Staff did ask them to turn it down and it did improve but still not great. Food in the restaurant was good and staff pleasant and helpful.
