You need to know that for late night check ins you must go in through the pub.
It's a little worn out but not the end of the world. Shower tap handles fall off. The sofa bed mattress is in terrible condition.
Everything else is fine for a budget. Air con worked, not too noisy, large enough.

The Property was clean inside.
Lack of Service. No one at Front Counter on arrival took them 10 minutes to come to the Counter.
Food was nice. Dining area clean but small.
Accidently dropped a bottle of Coke when setting for dinner the top had been loosened and had to pay for another one....no are you ok, l will get you another, layed a tea towel over the wet area. Didnt ask if we wanted to move tables.

The property was clean, we booked the family room 2 bedrooms and a lounge area, the beds were very comfortable. Only downside for me was the traffic noise when sleeping but I am a light sleeper so remember your earplugs.
