The filters in the AC were totally encrusted in thick dust. My partner took them out so I could wash and dry them and put them back in. This is something that really needs to be addressed and regularly. Apart from that everything else was great.

This was one of the quietest venues I’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t hear anyone else all afternoon or night! The staff were lovely and we got a free drink each. Shops over the way, was easy to get gluten free food too. Will stay again.

Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Solved double billing issue immediately. Ensuite very cramped, with wash basin in room, not ensuite. Otherwise all good.

Rooms are spotless. Very modern too.
Noise will be an issue however.
Noise and privacy.
You can hear everything in the rooms on either side and you will likely be woken up multiple times a night.
Aside from that, the staff are excellent and very accomodating, and as I already said the rooms are immaculate.

Staff were veey friendly and wonderful. Great apartment. Just disappointed no one cleaned our room. We even had sign on door for room ro be looked at, as needed clean towels, but never happened.

Door was locked when I arrived even though I phoned saying I was running late. Felt unsafe standing alone outside and no one was answering door. Finally a security guard let me in. Staff at reception incredibly rude! Finally found my room on my own, air conditioner on freezing cold, no remote, off button broken. Tv “no signal” entire time. No soap in bathroom!! Shower filthy !

The staff were very unfriendly. The rooms were dirty and there was rubbish in the bin and half eaten food in the fridge. A dirty towel on the floor of the shower as well.
