A beautiful apartment in a spectacular setting. Truly magical.

Top areas including kitchen and living room were nice. Downstairs Bedrooms and bathrooms have mouldy smell.

Outstanding location and fantastic property. Our family (ranging from grandparents down to a 5 year old) loved the treehouse feel and close proximity to the national park, Hastings street and the beach. It is wonderful.

The property was incredibly well kept, and a very comfortable abode to spend just over a week in Noosa at. The area was beautifully quiet and peaceful, but just close enough to Hastings St and the beach for it to be an amiable walk down the hill. Property communication was spot on, and appreciated the provision of cot and baby gate in advance of our arrival.

Outstanding place to stay in Noosa. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful apartments & surrounding gardens with wonderful views.

Absolutely loved our stay here, we did find it cold however it’s that time of year. Beds were a bit too hard for our liking but other than that it was perfect. Short walk into town, ample space and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about this accommodation. It was a fabulous size for my family. The location was so close to everything and we walked everywhere, even though it rained for the total of our visit.

Would easily stay here again! Perfect for our little family, very clean, air con in every room, and super easy loading/unloading with our own 2 car garage.

Good location, good reception. Property is not what it promotes. 3 bedroom is tiny would suit tiny children. Property is 15 plus years old "premium" is not the case.

Don't believe that you will get the room you booked! Stayed for three nights with two groups of adults and a baby. Don't expect to sleep well unless you like sleeping with street lights - only sheer blinds and no curtains on any windows. We booked and paid for 3bd ocean view spa villa with 1 X queen, 1 x king bedroom and 1 x twin single bedroom. Apparently a short walk to the beach - no one tells you that "short walk" is down two steep hills and then back up said steep hills on the return home. And unless you walk on theroad there are flights of stairs. Also, there are stairs to the villa - approx 14 across three flights to get from garage to door, not ideal with a baby. We got a downgraded to a 3 bedroom no spa (still with some distant ocean view mostly trees though) and 1 x king room and 1x room with two double beds and 1 X room with twin single. Travelling with two couples and a baby meant we had to decide who was unlucky enough to get the double beds instead of a queen option that we were expecting and we couldnt sleep with cot in the room easily as there were two double beds. Not expected at this price range All of the above could have been overlooked except for the fact there are NO Curtains and NO blockout blinds on any window, and there are streetlights straight into each bedroom so it is as bright as dawn all night bring your face mask and don't come here with children unless you want to be up all night. Confirm everything. You may not get what you expect.

The property is nothing short of outstanding. Everything is of the best quality, spotlessly clean and the views from our residence were amazing. Easy walk to the main street and beaches but when we were in our apartment it felt like we were a million miles from anywhere. Super quiet. Strongly recommend Noosa Residences.

We loved the place, just not the lounge. There we’re electric recliner chairs with zero support and according to management the guests are not allowed to use the electric recliner chairs. Having 2 children who played in the lounge area it was very uncomfortable for us. We stayed in villa number 2, just think twice if you wanted a comfortable lounge area.

Lovely three bedroom apartment located in amongst beautiful trees high up on the hillside within 5 minutes walking distance to Hastings st. So peaceful and quiet with a great outlook. Swimming pool was also a great temperature and relaxing place to unwind.
