The location for this accomodation was great. The beds were comfy but that’s really it. Was quite disappointed as it was advertised as a “luxury” accomodation - but the upkeep of this property is lacking. From driving to the carpark ($50/night) - really tight corners at the boom gate, narrow car parks - most cars had to park leaving a space between lots, the carpark is dirty - trash everywhere. The lifts - had hand prints/ dust visibly (stainless steel finish) seen everywhere. At the landing of our level, we were greeted by a roach at the curtains. The rooms were OK - but clearly not had a deep clean for a while, dusty on most surfaces. Lighting in the bathroom was not great - there was no space for placing luggages. There was also no phone in the unit - so we either had to go down to reception to request for items or call from our mobile phone.

Upgraded to a lovely 2 bed apartment. Clean room, all the amenities you could need inc washing powder, dish washer tablets etc. Pat on reception was amazing.

Could be very good as it has an excellent location and our apartment was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the both the rooms and public areas is woeful which really lets the place down. Also the gym is very poor for a 5 star hotel.

Clean, comfortable, very wheelchair accessible unit. Good layout. Beds extremely comfy. Nice view of the city through the building scape. Bathroom layout perfect for a wheelchair user although we didn’t have time to try the shower. Hotel staff were pleasant, accommodating and kind. The only issues accessibility wise were one bedroom was a bit close to the wall meaning transfer was tight. But doable. Bed is at perfect height for pivot/slideboard transfer. But not good for hoisting or other transfer equipment. The lift to the pool is VERY small. We managed to squeeze a power wheelchair and 2 adults in… just. All other lifts were a good useable size. Accessibility to the train station is easy via the laundromat. Take away and good cafes right near by. The best coffee and service being at Social Society with fair prices for good food (and awesome coffee, and great service. Quiet rooms and everything you would need for a short stay in the kitchen. However the kitchen isn’t accessible for a power wheel chair user. The door into the room isn’t automated so a WC user may need help.
