One North Terrace

Our stay was everything we could have wished for, Cindi at reception was friendly and informative; the room was clean, comfortable and the outlook over the dock and ocean was great. The bed was super comfortable, and amenities provided were very much appreciated. The only disappointment was that there was no available parking after returning late in the evening.

Cleaning staff were helpful and willing to assist, and kept the rooms clean only issue was the Doona's were to small for the bed, which was annoying over the time period. Other then that happy with the accommodation.

It was like brand new. Absolutely fabulous. Walk to Coles and Tavern at night. It was amazing.

There is no indication that this apartment overlooks a cargo dock where noisy loading onto ships commences around 6am! The seaviews are mainly over the top of heavy machinery and certainly NOT an environment for a relaxing holiday! Parking was underground, very tight spaces & very limited! However the rooms were clean & well equipped, except all the pillows were large & firm.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cindi at Reception went above and beyond to accommodate our needs after we were stranded as a result of cancelled flights due to Cyclone Alfred. Great place and great location.

Needed a smoking area in front or back of hotel. Need better lighting in bathroom too dark to put on make up.

Lovely Hotel in a fantastic location close to Penguins. Highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean. New building with modern features. Could Its own restaurant would have been nice. Would definitely recommend to friends , family.

Room was quiet, close to shops. However when I called to advise that we may arrive later than expected, they tried to take the payment from my card without advising on the phone they wanted to do this. There are no openable windows in the room, which was strange.

Modern with amazing views

I booked the room for my daughter and her new husband for their wedding night. Check in to get the card for them, by me, was easy and uncomplicated. They were greeted with a cute chocy love heart on their bed upon arrival,nice touch.

The hotel is new and lovely. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were soundproof. The view was beautiful. The staff member on in the evenings was just lovely. The staff member on in the morning was very unfriendly, she had a scowl on her face, didn’t make eye contact and barely said two words. Apart from the checkout experience, it was great and I would stay again.
