Very good value for money. I stayed in Room 10. Room in generally good condition however the main towel railing had obviously been broken some time ago & was missing leaving a hook on the back of the bathroom door the only means to dry the towel which proved unsatisfactory. The batteries in the remote for the air conditioning unit were totally flat & therefore the remote was inoperable.

Comfortable clean room. The food in the hotel was delicious & really reasonably priced. Would stay here again if we are in the area just to have dinner

The room was not in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Specifically, there were bandaids on the wall, the floor was sticky, chewing gum and red liquid were on the ceiling, and the surfaces when wiped came off brown with dirt. I have sent management an email and a yet to hear a reply.

To put it simply we were here for 30 minutes before we left. The room and bathroom were dirty, chunks of brick were missing from the walls and we didnt feel safe whatsoever. The only good thing was the check in was easy and staff were nice.

Service was slow due to what seemed like a lack of staff. Our room was very old, dirty and damaged. We found a live cockroach in one of our beds and i was attacked by mosquitoes due to the windows having big gaps between the overlaying glass.

Room was ok. TV remote needs new batteries. Staff were good. Check in easy. Room could use new furniture as it looked as though someone had put 10 ton on top of the entertainment unit and couldn’t close the doors because everything was so bowed. Room was clean. Can be a bit noisy.

The room was so noisy, next to the timber stairs and all night people were plodding up and down. Cleaners at 6am and carpark directly under so cars were partied and chatting until early hours. Room was dirty and the bed very uncomfortable. Only good thing were the staff, very friendly and efficient.

A/C didn’t work properly, I literally got catfished. I thought this was going to be a good location and hotel. But it was actually a motel, I saw the pictures and decided to book 2 nights from that. I should’ve done more research but this was a last minute trip. I had to shower in cold water after being in the rain which really kicked the bucket for me
