Made us feel very welcome. Was my wife’s 55th and they arranged a small cake to share with a happy birthday plaque. This was sorted on our arrival when we were asked during check in if we were celebrating a special occasion.

Our only problem was we arrived at hotel at 7:00 am after traveling 24 hours. Couldn’t get in our room until 3:00 pm. We were exhausted so having to find something to do until we could relax and freshen up was hard.

We had free breakfast which was the only reason we ate breakfast at the hotel. It was really not that good. I can’t see any body being happy paying over $50 to get such a poor breakfast. Surprised the was no bar up at the pool level. That would have been a nice option.

Had a nightmare checkin experience despite being fully paid before arrival Staff were surly and rude which made for poor experience - came across as very arrogant ! We have stayed numerous times I’ve past 10years and gone downhill - there are better options
