Super friendly and efficient staff.
We had stayed at this location previously and knew what to expect facility and ammenities wise.
But pleased see that care for quests and all other aspects of the property remain at a high standard.

Unit was nice and comfy, it was just a whirl wind visit to Cairns to visit our daughter who had recently moved up.
The hotel was close to amenities and a short walk away from the Casino.
The bed was a bit small! We are used to a bigger bed! The blanket was a bit small but we were given a bigger blanket for the next night. It was nice having the bed made every day.

Our experience at this hotel was just ok. Bed was clean but rest of room was average. Room was very small and fittings were old. Didnt really interact with staff as we checked in late - no 24hr reception

The overall location was ok as it was close to casino and other facilities however on arrival was told i had to pay extra to park on the premises carpark. I reluctantly agreed to then be told they did not have any room left anyway.
We were given the key to our room and it was locked out from the elevator so had to return and have that rectified.
Room itself was extremely small for the price i paid. I dont think i will be returning.

Didn’t provide enough toiletries but got more when asked so that was fine!
Clean room and cleaning provided. Great location to reach the port for GBR excursions. Around 20 mins walk to places to go out but a great stay overall! Super clean and great to have a kitchen. Lovely large balcony area too.

Decent stay at affordable hotel located about a 8 min nice boardwalk walk from the mai ferry terminal. Reception has limited hours but you’re provided with key card for main door. Good sized room and large bathroom.
