We stayed here one night and was very happy. We came late but the after hour check out was smoothly and we even get a room upgraded. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Only a short walk to the beac, shops and restaurants. The kids love the heated pool and the spa was so good. We will definitely will be back again.

The three-bedroom was a decent size. Unfortunately, it was on the top floor and the other guests I was with had trouble going up the stairs, but we will know for next time. However, the front desk staff were kind to offer us another option to a two-bedroom
to accommodate our needs, but my other guests said it’s only for two nights.
The rooms were spacious, and the bedding and towels were beautiful.
Minor things that could be improved are the rangehood fan, which was hard to pull out, the sliding doors in one of the bedrooms, which are a little stiff to slide open, and one of the kitchen doors, which is hard to open. The kitchen could use basic amenities like salt, pepper, a small oil bottle, spray, and wipes.
I love the laundry with a dryer. It was handy on our last night of our stay, as it was raining a lot. I had to do a load of washing, and the clothes dried quickly.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We didn’t have time to use the heated pool and spa due to the weather; it had been raining a lot.
We did hear the possums on the roof at night, but with the rain, they stayed away.
Next time, we will stay again and request the ground floor. It’s a great location, close to the main restaurants and shops around the corner.

The apartment and amenities in the apartment are old- the tv takes forever to load, the bathroom and wardrobes are out dated.
The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly- i to my shoes off to walk in the apartment (because that's what we do at home- no shoes in the house) and immediately my feet were black. There was a strain on the quilt cover of our bed, and stains on the couch.
I told management upon checkout and she just said, "oh sorry I'll let housekeeping know." No offer of compensation or anything. Disgusting.

Be careful of the sheet and quilt on bed, dirty blood stains were found in my children’s bed! The asian male appearance receptionist was useless, could not have proper communication or pretended to be unaware of their faults. NEVER come back!

Loud, could hear people walking around in apartments upstairs and down the stairs. Could also hear people talking loudly/yelling while trying to sleep. Couch had stains, and empty water bottles in cupboards. Not worth the price charged.

Facilities provided inside the property can be improved, since we booked two rooms and it has two showers but only one shower has bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. I think all bathrooms should have this. And an extra toilet roll would not cost much too. Other than that the say was good for the price with a very welcoming receptionist.
