This room was perfect for what I needed! I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful that staff granted me a late checkout. It made my day that much easier especially as I had a long drive ahead of me! The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were sufficient for what I needed. I enjoyed my stay thank you!

The place is very good, accessible to everything like shops and bakeshop and a good and quiet place for resting.
Since it's a motel, there is no chance of cooking food in the room but there is a microwave plus fridge for food and fruits.
We enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back

Bed terrible but luckily we took our own foam underlay n doona with us
Air con super noisy( same when other guests turned theirs on) so im guessing neglected
No hot water for showers n dishes( tepid at best)

No one at reception on arrival, incorrect phone number in window, made an assumption that we had free phone calls whilst here. WiFi would not connect, manager did not reply to email.
No bottled water in room, no milk to make tea.
Gardener on patio in morning whilst getting dressed.
Only one chair in the room, 2 single beds as well as the double booked.
No staff available at the property for the entire stay.
Poor location as on the outskirts of town.

In opinion it was a motel room and it looked like a motel room The carpark looked like a carpark.The pool looked like a pool.i didn't get to meet the staff it took myself making a phone call to find out the key was in the room and what number it was but thats ok.The best meals in the Portarlington area is definitely the golf club.If you are looking for a woman in this town I recommend bring one another town with you.

Great customer service. Clean and tidy rooms. Wine glasses in cupboard were a nice touch as were board games. Pool area was a nice place to relax. Will definitely book again.
