The staff were so friendly and helpful, not just the reception but the cleaners, the maintenance guys, everyone.
Special mention to Spike, the four-legged receptionist, who was very happy to greet me with a very waggy tail as he went for a walk!

They were inflexible regarding checkout time when we told them that we had a flight to Perth at 6:30 they would only extend the time by 1 hour to 11:00.As this was our fourth stay with the company and would have expected more consideration in this regard.

I cannot recommend Quest Cannon Hill enough, I have stayed here a couple of times now when visiting Brisbane and I am always so impressed by the customer service and and quality of rooms. Perfect for a long stay, excellent facilities and great staff. I would like to give an extra shout out to Courtney for her care while staying at the hotel and say Well done on the implementation of accessibility aids to ensure all visitors are cared for during their stay.
