Our room was well appointed with modern, comfortable furniture and so far, the most comfortable bed we’ve encountered in our three week stay in Australia. Sarah was immediately welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Taylor thoughtfully provided route guidance that helped us avoid road flooding as we headed north. Was really quick and easy to check in. One thing to note, let them know that if you need carparking, advise in booking as over Christmas, the limited parks disappear quickly, but they were able to accommodate with alternative arrangements quickly and easily.

Wifi was available however due to the hotels close proximity to castle hill it didn’t work most of the time. A booster is required. Phone calls can be made if your phone is on speakerphone and held against the window.
