The quality of the room for $320 a night was very poor. Mould all over bathroom. No tv or fridge in room. Very basic for the price. Well below standard in the price range

Central hotel. Clean and very friendly staff.

I stayed here recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The building, especially the ground floor, had poor ventilation and smelled strongly of old cooking and possibly mold, which made it uncomfortable to stay indoors for too long. The room itself was in poor condition. There were stains on the bed sheets and pillows, and the storage locker provided was broken and unusable. Some electrical outlets didn’t work, the bedside lamp was broken, and the whole room felt damp with a noticeable moldy smell. The shared bathroom was in extremely bad condition. It was clearly worn down, and there was visible black mold in the shower area and along parts of the floor. It didn’t feel hygienic or safe to use. In general, the entire facility felt very run-down. Many of the door handles were broken, and the furniture was visibly worn and in need of replacement. I would not recommend staying here

The rooms were very affordable and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If this is your budget then look no further. I was very happy and the food is excellent.

Dated. Expensive but central location. Backpackers so gotta expect a bit of noise and grub.

The room was not properly cleaned, we found dirty clothes under the bed. There were stains on the pillow and the surfaces were dusty. I could hear the laundry going 24/7 which gave me a hard time to sleep. I could also hear footsteps from people upstairs. Even though we turned off the main light it was still flickering every minute. This should be check since it could be an electrical hazard.

Room was nice and clean.

Its proximity to a major transport hub is a major plus. I could leave my large suitcase in free storage during my checkout day prior to my train departure in the late afternoon. The two staff members I met were helpful and polite. On the downside - there was a constant loud hum in the room all night. Also a regularly flashing light in a ceiling fitting above the bed.

Noisy room next to elevator, no TV, no fridge, dated furniture and bath.

I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed very much. Located very close to Roma train station. Walking distance to Queen Street Mall and other sites. People I met in Roamer Brisbane, including the fellow guests and the staff members, are all friendly. Additionally, I am very impressed with the kitchen facility.

After checking into a private room, I was made to move into a new room and had my belongings handled by employees and moved without being asked or giving any permission. On top of this, the employees lost a handful of my things, meaning I had to go out late at night to buy these things (such as a toothbrush and toothpaste). My new room was visibly dirty, with hairs and mould visible in the bathroom. On top of this, after receiving new key cards for a new room, said key cards did not work, so after going out to retrieve a new toothbrush and toothpaste (which I paid for out of my own pocket), I then had to wait for someone to come and let me in to the building. The worst hotel stay I have ever experienced

As all accommodations do they have their goods and bads the good side of things are it’s close to where I needed to be for checkin and check out the following day the property itself was great considering it is a backpackers hostel the only thing I would recommending would be to upgrade the pillows apart from that it was pretty good stay

Fantastic location to Roma St station. Very convenient to walk downtown. Loved being able to walk to the river and along the river walk. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good location, friendly staff, good value for money!

Close to train station from airport. Great location for centre of Brisbane.Bedroom good with aircon & private bathroom. No TV or fridge but cheap bar as part of hotel/hostel attached with good brekky & lunches available. Excellent staff at reception esp Mike(English)who let me use his mobile since my eSIM didn’t allow calls. Bar/restaurant staff excellent too. Will defo recommend✅

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Th room was perfect for a one night stay. Th staff were so lovely and friendly, and they went above and beyond to accomodate Us for our stay. Breakfast was perfect and again th staff were so attentive and polite. Thankyou for having Us. Xo
