Seahaven Resort

Room and establishment was not clean. Tap handles falling off in shower. Toilet roll holder falling off wall. Rug was disgustingly dirty. Half filled water bottles left in room fridge. Old used soap left at room door entry. Liquid spilt outside room and not cleaned upon arrival. Lady at reception was not friendly or helpful. Overall, the facility itself is not well maintained and unkept.

Not too bad, getting a bit dated but was comfy and clean. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

The room was very modern. All the facilities you could want. Great surroundings and staff were very helpful.

Rooms were very comfortable and modern. Bed was great and smart TV a bonus. Shower recesses need an upgrade is my only issue.

Good room decent size only problem was tv wasn’t working

very clean room, comfortable nice staff. only small problem we were in room 134 and a unit near us had a family with young children. the parents of which allowed the children to run around making lots and lots of noise they were still yelling and screaming at 1.30am, luckly they were only there for our first night

The sofa was a bit grubby. Overall facilities breakfast and staff were good. Not really 2 proper bedrooms more for parents and children. Not 3 adults travelling together.

We were pleasantly surprised by how neat and modern the room was. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. For the price, it was definitely good value. However, the cleanliness was a noticeable downside. There were spider webs with small spiders in several corners, we found an empty beer can under the bed, and we encountered three large cockroaches during our stay. This made it hard to fully relax and enjoy both the room and the resort, and we ended up spending more time out than planned. We can’t comment on the staff as we didn’t interact with anyone during our stay, aside from seeing a cleaner servicing other rooms. At checkout, the reception was unattended, so we left our key card in the early departure box. Overall, not a bad stay for the price, but cleanliness is a basic expectation in hospitality and could definitely be improved.

The bed was fabulously huge, and the air conditioning wonderful

The room was not clean. My grandson’s feet were black from walking round the room. The bathroom needed a good scrub. The only thing that we appreciated was how lovely the waitress was in the dining room. The food was great.

DISCUSTING-Our room was absolutely discusting and filthy dirty floors dirty sheets bathroom full of mould and slim hair everywhere the toilet had piss all over the floor and when I went to reception and showed them the photos they didn't care. I asked for the room to be recleaned and reception agreed to it but the room was not cleaned at all. This place is a dump and should be demolished. Oh and don't believe anything about the quality of food cause they have nothing we tried to go to dinner at 7 and they told us the chef went home the breakfast is discusting for the tiny little nothing a couple of slices of bread. Very appalling don't waste your money.
