The front steps are in very poor repair.
One of us nearly went thru one of the steps. My son didn't trust them and walked down the neighbours yard.
Many light bulbs missing, doors hard to lock with front door only lockable with the deadbolt. The name seaview was nowhere to be seen as the sign clearly said'quarterdeck'. Tried to contact gail but never got a reply.

Excellent location for the Bay of Fires beaches. Apartment is roomy and comfortable, but needs some maintenance - the upstairs toilet doesn't lock, the upstairs sliding doors don't close completely; flyscreens on several windows have some tears in them - I got quite badly mosquito-bitten one night. On the plus side - it has a dishwasher.
