Rooms were fantastic, the pool, mini golf and surroundings felt like you were in like paradise

Very comfortable

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable but the only problem here was I was in a room on the busy road. There was so much car and truck noise at night and very early in the morning. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and the resort was nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, needed an update, but was comfortable enough. I could see there were improvements takkng place.

Close to the centre of town, clean and comfortable

One of the worst motel/resort stays ive had. Extremely tired and needs major facelift. Very noisy room right on the road with big trucks rumbling past all night long. Room itself was straight from the 70's/80's...wall paper peeling off the wall all over the place, skirting board peeling off the wall, wall light broken, ancient microwave, cracks in the ceiling, etc, etc

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready which was understandable. We were kindy offered another room which we accepted. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very old, with water damaged skirting boards. paint peeling off many walls and patch up paint jobs. The room was extremely noisy due to road trains and traffic, we were unable to latch closed the large road side window. One bedside wall light wasn’t hanging / bolted on the wall properly…. The room had a very smelly damp odour from the moment we walked in. Dirty in many areas. Entertainment room / in door pool area was also unkept, tired and in need of an upgrade and mould and moss growing in the sliding window seals. Untidy carpark with old dumped furniture and chairs in piles. Very disappointing as the pictures online look very nice, hence why we booked. For the need of a positive, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. I have never summited a negative review before in all my years of travelling.

We were very disappointed with the Room for the cost as it was sold as a Deluxe Queen Suit , and it was only a double queen with the single bed removed , the only difference was the room had 2 Saucer shape lounge chairs and the Standard Rooms 2 aluminum out aside chairs at the table, plus the lounge chair seat needed the stuffing replaced we had to put the spare cushions on stop so they would be a little more comfortable, Also the exhaust fan in the shower, toilet has not been cleaned at all and had no efficiency at all, Now this Room we paid $510.00 that is $170 per night compared to a Standard Room at $128 a night + taxes Not a Happy chappy or happy Wife ,

The rooms need renovating, in my room there were floor stains, the toilet leaked, the timber of the fridge unit needed revarnishing and polish. The room door lock needs replacing. Generally speaking, i was sorry that i booked this motel.

Shower is hopeless,not everybody is 4 foot tall. Wifi woeful Toilet backed up. Overpriced

The buildings look pretty tired and dated but rooms great size and clean. Pool area brilliant. Games room needs serious attention.

The whole complex requires refurbishment. bathroom was outdated. ceiling had water stains, room not serviced each day. Original room was not capable of being inhabited due to road noise, so a shift was accommodated (thank you) at extra cost. Overall, the outside of the resort needed a good clean and fresh coat of paint. Staff were friendly.
