We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.

Very basic room but all we needed for a stopover in a long road trip. Very clean & comfortable. Was worried we’d be cold but it was lovely & warm, plenty of blankets.

Its all in the name ‘budget’ rooms were very ordinary, not very clean, mould on ceilings, water from shower smelt like sewage and heat in shower not consistent. Aircon did not work properly, lawns were a mile high, and no staff on site to check us in..

It’s very wrong that when there is an event on in Tamworth, the motels up their prices. The budget motel is definitely budget but clean enough but not worth the price I had to pay.

I did not like paying $297 for an overnight 2-star property because it was a long weekend. This property should be charging no more than $140 a night - broken light over mirror, one side table and only one lamp.

Quiet even though close to the main road. Budget but beautifully renovated very comfortable room. Delightful and helpful proprietors. Stayed two nights and would definately stay again.
