The hotel was so beautiful & the staff service was 10/10!
We requested to be moved to a higher floor & they did so without hesitation! The food options were delicious & the cocktails were even better! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Location is perfect for our needs.
Essential rooms are small and clean- perfect for 1 night.
Bistro is adequate with limited food choices. The chairs are very uncomfortable. Would love more unprocessed foods like soups and salads - everything comes with chips.
Bar is great, plenty of choice and reasonable price.

Check in was easy. The reception team member was pleasant and informative. There’s plenty of parking. The property is well maintained and has a lovely vibe. Great food and entertainment. Rooms are clean and pretty much sound proof. Our balcony overlooked the pool and lake on the 4th floor and was perfect to watch the sunset and sunrise.

Beachcomber in the lobby and the amenities are beautiful, fresh, vibrant and welcoming. Wish I could say the same for the rooms. The hospital sheets on the bed and the marks on curtains. No privacy looking out into a car park and vice versa them to you.
It feels like you go from 5 star luxury to a budget motel when you step in the room. The saving grace is the bathroom, however odd design to put the shower handle so far away from the shower head.
