We had a lovely stay, upgraded to level 15 with beautiful views for my bestie's 40th Birthday. Free parking and $50 credit which I used for dinner at Sokyo. Buffet breakfast was huge! Definitely will stay again .

The décor was modern and up to date, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. The front desk clerk, in particular, was incredibly helpful—recommending local attractions and great restaurants, and even taking the time to circle them on a map of the city. Their hospitality really enhanced my stay.
However, the rules and requirements for the attached casino were a bit off-putting and took away from the overall experience. The atms available did not allow myself or anyone of in my party to withdrawl funds.

The jewel suite is wonderful. My go to hotel in Sydney. Little things make a big difference, like the motion detecting night light and the cordless charging in the bedside table and strong water pressure in the shower.

Fantastic hotel, despite its size, all guest areas lovely, very high end and good services for guests including plenty of either formal or casual dining options. We had a jewel suite which was an absolute treat to finish our 2 weeks in Australia!

The nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We were fortunate to get upgraded to the Jewel Suite and it really made our anniversary weekend stay special. Loved the pool and hot the area, making full use on both days. Service from all staff was fantastic, but especially Tenzing on the front desk. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Darling.

Everything was perfect. Staff so courteous and friendly, loved the mood lighting in the room and was lovely to arrive back at room in the evening and the beds had been turned down, moisturisers on the pillows and slippers next to the bed. Definitely will be booking in the near future.

Very comfortable with easy access to public transport and very walkable to the central shopping. The light rail immediately below the hotel was and outstanding facility. Staff very welcoming and professional.

Received a false hope when they offered a free room upgrade and was taken away at the laat minute They compensated with wine and chocolates! Is that a fair trade? Overall place was well maintained and has a perfect location in Pyrmont.
