Friendly staff. Lovely room with king bed, good pillows, tastefully decorated, big TV, 2 comfy chairs with coffee table. Good coffee area with bench, fridge n kettle. Glasses and some cutlery n crockery, kitchen sponge n tea towel. Good bathroom products. Opening window very welcomed.

The unit was quite good but the cooking facilities could do with an update. The only fry pan was huge and really not suitable for 2 people. Very old as well. No tongs and no strainer suitable for rice. Hot plates are the old solid plate electric ones.

We were looking for a home base with views and these needs were met. We requested a Penthouse and this was provided on the second floor with slightly obstructed views from the trees across the road. Overall a lovely stay :)

Very impressed with the room and decor. Great value. Lovely pool area and spa. Unfortunately the spa stopped working. $20 a night voucher for dining or bar. No where to sit encourages people to drink in their room. Dining basic but good to have an offer. Staff friendly apart from 1 on reception when we arrived.
Would recommend friends to stay here.

Have stayed here a number of times,but this time the room was a little on the small size. Girl on reception was very helpful and very friendly. Secure underground parking. The only issue was they were short staffed and their restaurant was not open. It was a saturday night also.

The staff at The Esplanade Resort were extremely helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and both the bed and lounges were really comfortable. Espy food was delicious! We'd happily stay again.
