Location. Location. 1st comment, finding it. The entry address is not the address described, confusing location. 2nd comment is that it’s on the outskirts of town, albeit a fairly small one. They also offer WiFi, getting on & wifi strength maintained as good, pity at NO STAGE was there actually any internet available! So we tried watching the TV, but neither of of could figure out how to use the bloody remote.
Nice place, comfy bed, good sized room with kitchenette, but we wouldn’t go there again.

Nice place — would stay again. A bit spartan on linens. A squeegee in bathroom would have been helpful, to clean up after using jetted tub / curtainless shower without relying on the few linens provided. Air conditioning unit (a mini-split) only heated — in all fairness, we did not bring this to the staff’s attention, so could not tell you if they’d have handled it properly. At any rate, the end-of-summer stay was quite temperate and a cool evening with the windows open ‘til bedtime made A/C unnecessary. Staff was excellent (a rarity for service staff in Australia). Good value for money.

It was actually an absolute delight to stay here. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this as a nice stopover or long stay for anyone visiting the 12 apostles.
I think it was about a 10 minute drive from the 12 apostles. 👍
