I was delighted by the room and facilities. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bath was relaxing. I was thrilled by the support I received from staff from housekeeping and at reception, especially, the ever reliable and helpful, Jose who went out of his way to ensure my stay was welcoming. I wish I had stayed longer. Naturally, all these amenities and creature comforts come at an expected price, which I think was reasonable, but a little high. Saying that, I will definitely be back.

The Langham is a lovely boutique style hotel that has a generous sized rooms. We’ve made it a family tradition to spend Easter at this hotel as it has a fun kids inclusive vibe. At check in our room had a small cookie decorating station and a kids bath robe and slippers too. This is our favourite hotel for room service as each room has a dining table which allows for a restaurant vibe while enjoying the comfort of your own room. Buffet breakfast ok. Omelette station, hot and cold food options. We personally enjoy the buffet more at W Sydney however options at the Langham is nice.

Perfect location in a tree lined, quiet street fronting Victorian brownstones. Within a 10 minute walk to The Rocks and further on to the Sydney Opera House. The room was very well appointed and very clean. However I had to change rooms because there was a whirring, obtrusive noise in the air conditioning unit. The next room had a faulty telephone system. All in all ate up 3 hours of the afternoon waiting for engineering and reception to sort it out. The yoga mat and the aroma diffuser were a wonderful perk. Lovely and luxurious lobby but music was a bit too loud.

Personalised message from hotel management with special birthday dessert upon arrival was a heart-warming gesture. Contact “touch-point” via WhatsApp was a thoughtful/handy idea (although we did not utilise this communication option). Cocktails named after each zodiac star-sign were very endearing and tasted delicious. Charcuterie board, and 4 cheeses board both scrumptious.
