Excellent stay in a very comfortable (and spacious) room. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Really appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the room, especially after a very long flight. Staff all very friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Sadly sky deck is a real let down. Lack of dining options. The bar takes center stage but wasn’t even open for a lunch time drink. Babblers is really average and small. So much clamoring to get a table and get served. The sky deck should be the jewel in the crown but it’s a bit of an afterthought really. Pompette was a terrible restaurant too. Aztechia was ok. Cucina Regina was nice. Rooms are big and clean. View was lovely.

What a great place to stay 10 out of 10. The quality of the finish to the rooms and buildings were unreal. Would love to go back in summer and try the pools out. Very impressed

We stayed for 2 nights and could have stayed longer. Our only criticism is the lobby cafe the food was not good and the coffee was not drinkable. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were only 2 on and a queue. Star needs to staff this area better particularly in the morning when people want coffee and improve the quality of coffee

I’m not a fan of the buffet breakfast. Coffee was like dishwater and slices of sourdough as thin as a slice of cheese. This is the restaurant near the service desk, in the foyer. Unimpressed. Everything else was remarkable. Thank you!
