good and strategic location in China Town area, clean and the receptionist and others are very helpful, the room has high ceilings, soundproof even though it is on the 1st floor and it is not disappointing, will stay there again. everywhere is easy and access to the city with monorail is easy and close. shopping and restaurant access can be reached on foot.

I vacation in Sydney with my husband and 1 child. Very strategic hotel...in front of the hotel there is paddys market. Looking for a taxi and eating is also easy. The rooms are also very comfortable. I took a family room for 4 people...and I was very happy that the bed was very comfortable. To put my large suitcase luggage quite a lot of places. For me praying is also a lot of places. The hotel clerk was very helpful while we were there. thanks Ultimo...you're great, stay like this and keep up👍

This hotel has got a great location where it is very near Chinatown with so many places to eat till night. It is also very near Paddy's market and tram station. It is walking distance to Darling Harbor as long as you are up for it & willing to walk past the wonderful garden (you won't feel tired because even though the road was a bit long, but it was filled with many spots for you to stop by and take pictures and before you know it, you have reached that wonderful place). The room was exactly the same as advertised. We got the room facing the road so we could hear few of the cars with loud noise, but since we were tired mostly at night, we did not feel bothered by it. Btw, there was a mini market in the area as well for your convenience.

No exhaust fan in bathroom, and the shower head sprays water under the shower door, which gets all over the floor. No cutlery in room, but they did give us forms when we asked. The place looked nicely touched up for the most part. Quilt was yellow and stained.

Great Hotel and staff - but lots of noisy building work going on while we were there and the lifts were out of order. Also had to request the air conditioning to our room was turned on each day.
