Arrived early and had nothing but friendly interaction with staff. Room was available and very clean and had everything I needed. Great location to trains and amazing food. Would stay there again.

It’s ok but it feels like a hostel. It’s noisy too tbh.. there are communal areas outside the rooms and people were sat on their phones having full volume speakerphone conversations. It’s also right under the flight path for planes near the airport and the walls are thin. It’s a great location hence the appeal but if you want a comfortable long term stay maybe head further in or out of town. The air con is very good.

Main issue was had to get out of bed to turn the light off. The room was small but I guess that was the price i paid for. other issue no chocalate drink packet and refilling of hot drinks haphazard e.g only brown sugar replace white sugar was not. Focus on training cleaning staff. Also no face flannels. I used the hand towel for wetting my s=face for shaving.

The toilet didnt flush properly but that was the only problem. Other than that great location, very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Urban. It was so clean, quiet, very central and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful and so professional. They even offered us an afternoon drink. That doesn't happen very often. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
