The bed was super comfortable.
Maybe could have plunger coffee instead of instant and slightly bigger cups, but overall the stay was great, the room was clean and it was everything we expected.

I’d hesitate to recommend this hotel unless location is more important to you than cleanliness.

We paid for a room with a couch but were told at checkin no rooms had couches even though they have them pictures and advertised on the site. The staff did nothing to help us and even tried to charge us extra for a portable bed. Our teenage daughter has to sleep on the floor

Close to Bourke Street Mall. I was travelling along with 3 kids and as a mum felt very safe even at night time. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
