Parking was right in front of my room, very convenient. Very quiet area but I was there mid week. Considering it was at the rear of the hotel and the main street was at the front, very quiet. There is no breakfast available, which was pointed out on arrival but there are there are very nice cafe's in the main street, all in a short walk from the hotel. Did not eat a meal in the hotel, as I was visiting friends in the area, best part was the location I could walk to their house.
The room was clean and comfortable, even had a spa bath (which surprised me for the price), I have paid more for less and smaller.
I would stay here in the future when I visit the Barossa from Perth WA.

We stayed in Rm 3. The room was comfortable, quiet, conveniently located in the city with easy walking distance to the local supermarket and other shops. Parking was plentiful and off street. However, as a bare minimum I expect a reasonable shower. There was a little mould in the one corner but more annoyingly our shower ran hot and then cold, even if it was turned off and on again several times. Not ideal when washing my hair and it was 7deg. outside! The fridge's icebox was so frosted up that we couldn't open it to use it. Overall, it was a convenient mostly comfortable place to stay, I just hope they sort out the issues, particularly the water heating.
