I loved the fact they serve a yummy dinner every night . Very convenient after running a marathon . Anytime I had difficulty with something I rang the number available to us and the staff were super nice and very helpful. Despite my initial disappointment of my accommodation cancellation . Don’t even think about it!! You’ll find a used bed full of hair and you’ll be asked to wait for the night cleaners till 6:30pm to use the room that you’ve booked. One of the girl that I’ve met in the lobby called the place hell hole..which is not unjustified!

Accomodating staff and friendly atmosphere

Don’t let the pictures fool you. This place is really uncomfortable. The staff work hard to keep the place clean, as soon as you walk in you can smell the bleach. The other guests in the room were disgusting and the place was a sty. There is no comfortable spot to sit, the bathrooms are tiny and despite how clean they are, they still feel gross. There is no shelves, no seats, no mirrors in the rooms, nothing. Mattress and pillow were paper thin. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed one. Ended up leaving and booking somewhere else.

Won’t stay there again but all good.

The absolute worst place to stay. It's listed as Venus Potts Point Hostel. Upon arriving at night, there are no lights outside despite claims that this is supposed to be a "safe" female only hostel. Was NOT safe and as a former SA survivor, I immediately felt the hair on the back of my neck prick up that this place wasn't safe. Always listen to your instincts. The rooms are dank and musty and smell of mildew. There's no proper Air conditioner unless you want to wake up everyone else in the room, easy to do as there's only curtains on one side of each bunk bed. There are no individual lights or chargers in each room as you might expect to have at the very least, so if you get in late, you've got to fumble around in the dark lest you wake the other hostel mates. This place is a dilapidated old building with no new furnishings to speak of and nothing at all like the pictures listed in their ads. The bathroom window is permanently left open and probably explains the mouse and 2 little cockroaches in found in the hostel. Of course it could be the door left permanently wide open to the back alley of the hostel. The dining room door has no knob and is literally a tetanus infection waiting to happen. The kitchen is disgusting and there is no space for anything but there were constant annoying messages and alerts to my Goki app from staff even after I left. There's no front desk staff if you check in at night and noone to help you.

It is a great place for a typical low-budget girls backpackers. One thing I noticed straight away is the great vibe and positive atmosphere all around. The rooms themselves are simple but have everything that is needed for a good sleep. There is a shared kitchen and an outdoor 'chill area'. So good that it's only female hostel, I feel myself safe)

Very nice atmosphere and staff

It was really great stay, the staff was so kind and friendly, They response so quickly less than a 2min when I had a question and call or text them ! The room I stayed has air conditioner, the they have few toilet and shower, laundry, and the kitchen was so big !!! They clean the kitchen so hard when I saw them, I felt bad to use the kitchen because it was so clean !!haha I extended stay, Thank you so much for all the help !

Achtung, der Check-in funktioniert nur über einen Link, der einem 24 h vorher per SMS zugeschickt wird. Nach Übersendung einer Passkopie erhält man die Türcodes. Eine wirkliche Rezeption gibt es nicht. Die Lage des Hostels ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung ist für den Preis auch ok.

Me ha encantado este Hostel! No es el típico hostel de juerga. Es nuevo y está impecable. Es perfecto si quieres un sitio solo de mujeres donde puedes hacer amigas. Habían chicas que se quedaban varios meses mientras trabajan, y me pareció una idea genial para quien busca trabajo y quiere hospedarse en un sitio seguro y tranquilo. Recomendable!

Me ha encantado el hostel! Es todo nuevo, lo acaban de renovar y está impecable y súper limpio :) Las camas son nuevas y muy cómodas, es un sitio muy tranquilo para conocer Sidney.
