Very helpful staff, easy number pad entry/room security. We left something behind and they were able to contact us quickly so we could get it without impacting our journey. Very clean and well maintained. Queen room on the small side for more than an evening/ nights stay.

The rooms are very dated and feel very gloomy.

Arriving late after driving from Sydney we were given a pin to check in which was seamless.
Whilst it’s a relatively small room it has everything you need- heating, mini fridge, toaster and kettle and parking was undercover (meant no ice on windscreen which is a bonus). Clean and tidy but the best part was the electric blankets on the bed!!!!! Its a little bit away from the main drag but as we left at 6am the next morning to head to the slopes it was perfect. We’ve stayed in many places in Cooma and we’d recommend this.
