Room was clean excellent you could find everything you want outdoor sitting is wonderful and pool was nice could been bit cleaner but otherwise good had good stay would do it again

This motel is very old and the room I stayed in has not been updated for at least 30 years. It felt grotty and unpleasant. The room smelt sour, the carpet felt like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and the pillow cases smelt like someone’s sweaty back had been lying on them. There comes a point in time when upgrades must be done rather than charge prices that reflect a better quality motel.

The room was pleasant enough, and clean. However, the smoke alarm was in the drawer, with the battery removed! I thought places such as this had to have interconnected smoke alarms? No plates or cutlery, apart from 3 teaspoons.
In short, if i need to stay in Toowoomba again, i wont be staying at whiteoaks.

The motel was on a lovely quiet end of the street. My room was very clean, lovely soft towels, and a comfy bed. Felt safe staying there as a single woman. A very nice stay.

Did not have any electrical plugs near bed so CPAP machine needed to have a long extension cord (which we conveniently brought with us) in order to be used. No crockery or cutlery except mugs, teaspoons and water glasses. We had brought our own plastic plates and wine glasses and plastic knives and forks so not an issue. Also no face cloth in bathroom and again we brought our own.

I really felt comfortable and safe at the motel. However, if you provide a toaster, can you also provide plates and bread/butter knives. I did not see, anywhere a folder providing information for guests. It may have been in the drawer that I didn’t open. I will stay there again. It’s a great location.

I had a great stay, & the staff were lovely. My only problem was I couldn't turn on cold water tap in the shower. otherwise everything was excellent & lovely & clean.
