Clean studio cabin. Ideal for transit stay. Casual feel. Handy kitchenette with full fridge and cook top etc. Comfortable bed. All good, and will stay again if needed.

The whole thing was a shambles. When I booked I wanted a villa with a double bed. What we got was a bunk room with a single bed. Add to that the air conditioner wouldn't work so couldn't heat up the room and temp outside was -2.5 degrees and no thick blankets so we froze all night and both have severe colds now. Flushed the toilet and it wouldn't stop running no matter how many times we tried the button. No communication in any way with staff upon our arrival after ringing all numbers listed. In the morning when we went to leave we actually found staff and they weren't interested in our situation at all. A terrible stay and a total waste of money... I want my money back or another weekend offer from you where hopefully we can actually enjoy ourselves. We are pensioners and was looking forward to the weekend away as we don't get very many and to have this happen left us both very upset.
