We loved our stay - the inn is surrounded by wildlife and the dinner and drinks were great. It’s nice and quiet which was also lovely. The room itself is very dated and a bit musty but not unpleasant just in need of a refresh. The bathroom has been modernised but there was mould on the ceiling so maybe airflow is an issue. The beds were comfortable :).

Looked beautiful as we drove in. Beautiful manicured lawns with kangaroos either napping or eating. After checking in and putting our stuff into the Very outdated room. A walk through the koala enclosure we managed to see 4 koalas very high up in their trees. Onto the bar,a beer and a lemon lime bitters.Beer was cold, lemon lime bitters was watered down but ok. Dinner was ordered and arrived very quickly, small steak under cooked and luke warm chips.Complaint made re the chips and comment by staff was I will let them know. Back to the room, dripping shower, tv so old you couldn't get all the channels, thread bare carpet, reasonably comfortable queen bed, bunk beds that the mattress was too small and very cold room with an extra blanket that smelt very musty. Made my complaint known at checkout, response oh I didn't know you couldn't get all the channels in that room. $175.00 definitely not worth it.

Room had no pillow cases on 2 of the pillows on main bed. Felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean or love- Outdoor balcony table full dirty ash tray. Discarded drink container at front door. Let manager know, said he would speak to the manager above him and “crickets”.

Great location in the middle of the national park. Main building had character and both dinner and breakfast were very good. Staff were really friendly and polite especially Chez(!) who was very positive and helpful. Room was comfortable if not a little tired and in need of some TLC but all in perfect for an overnight stay.

Riverside room was excellent, spacious, comfy kingsize bed, great balcony overlooking lakeside & kangaroos. "Couples" spa bath was a bit small & bathroom could do with some updating. Excellent location close to koala enclosure & woodland walks, caves to explore & hiking trails. Food at the Inn was excellent & the beergarden was a lovely setting to watch kangaroos close up in the evening. Parking very close to room.

Lovely peace and quiet location. Enjoyed a walk around the grounds. Nice to see the Kangaroos near the lake from the balcony. The room was a good size. Love the size of the bathroom and shower. Nice view from the balcony. However the chairs on the balcony were so old and worn you are unable to use them they need replacing. Would be nice to have a tea towel to dry you cups after having tea or coffee. If you like a firm mattress then you are ok however it was too firm for me causing sore back and hips. It was a convenient place to stay to visit family so will be using them again in the future.
