There was nothing to like about the hotel , we expected a1 bedroom apartment, the bed blanket ad stains on it , the hairdryer did not work properly it got hot but no air came out of it safety issue, the toilet seat nearly come off every time we lifted it, the shower not able to use it properly as water kept on coming out of the tap ( shower bath) the bed made noises from the springs every time we moved .Do you want more let me know

The host was there to greet us and took us to our room. He also gave us good advice about car parking! Would stay there again definitely..

The room was perfect for my overnight stopover. Fantastic views and great to hear the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Robert the manager was very helpful and flexible about arrival and departure times.

The owner went out of his way to help us get parked and settled. Great view from the apartment.

This unit is in a great location and has lovely water views. The room is getting to be quite dated, there was paint peeling from the back of the door in the bathroom and mould on some of the tiles. The thermostat for the a/c has instructions to adjust temperature however it didn’t seem to work for us so we had to sleep with the balcony door open so it would turn it off. There was no extra blanket so unfortunately I was cold for a couple of nights. The room has most amenities that you would get in any normal hotel room. Cushions on the bed were very ratty and could definitely do with replacing as were the curtains. Other than that for the price we payed it wasn’t too bad. They don’t tell you when you book but the parking is about $25 per day so it does add up a bit of a few days. Definitely factor than in when looking at the price.

I have had a great experience staying at 2 of Roberts properties in surfers paradise. He has been nothing but hospitable, helpful and accommodating. Check in/out process was simple clear and without delay. Great communication, clean and comfortabe.

Property is in a great location at the surfers paradise & great view

Other view is spectacular. It would have been nice to have a welcome goodie basket.

1) We were given the wrong room number. 2) we couldn’t get into our room because we had been given the wrong access code. It was very frustrating and, if not for the fortuitous meeting with the cleaners, we would not have had accommodation for the night. 3). The TV was playing up and, when the owner turned up, he claimed he wasn’t responsible for it. Whose problem was it then! Kept repeating that it was OK when he checked it earlier. Said I was “attacking” him when I said the Tv was behaving erratically. I will never, ever book any accommodation where there is no Front Desk and there is no accountability for the room.
