B&B HOTEL Linz City-Ost

I was charged for parking even booking ad said free covered parking is included in hotel price. It was 35 euros for two days. Everything else wes alright.

The room and the hotel were clean and fresh. The room itself was a bit too warm even with the window open.

This hotel is far from center, with very dark rooms with a single small window. It is not worth its expensive price.

Room was fine, quite spacious. Very comfortable. If you want quiet, ask for a room overlooking the garden. Road from the noise is a bit intrusive. Good transport links

The room did not have an electric kettle and iron. The mini fridge was not working properly. Shower got flooded every time on showering and was not fixed despite informing the reception. The manager was very rude and was not ready to hear my request, on the top slammed the phone before I finished my sentence.

It’s located at a noisy street corner, not meaningful to open the window at night. All other things are okay. D.

amazing hotel.Breakfast was perfect.

1) I did cancel my 4 nights and rebooked a 2 nights stay and paid them. Because I did that they put both of my reservations in the cancellation folder. Hotel was overbooked because of the conference. At the end she found one non-cleaned room. She told me that you should have called us to explain. 2) The was talking over the cellphone for personal matters while helping me and getting a second personal call to the hotel line also. So I let you imagine they mess up your reservation and laughing over the phone with friends. 3) This same lady told me that I must pay 3 euros for the city tax for tourism, I told her it is fine and asked her if I can pay that with credit card. she replied yes sure you can do that. So my second and last night I am arriving at the hotel 11pm after a long day and I have to go to the airport 4 am. So now a different lady, I stopped an asked her about reserving a taxi for 4 am. With her poor english she replied sorry you must pay now your 3 euros taxes, so I pulled my wallet and gave her my card, she replied NO "rude tone", I told her that I was advised I can pay with CC, she replied NO, they will take 10% fees. I remembered that I had some euros left in my room, so I said ok and turned to go to my room. She stood up from behind the counter and was yelling Sir, You must pay now, I asked how much extra do you want me to pay to be able to use my card? with a calculator, she replied 3.5 euros. I gave her the card and finally problem was solved

When we arrived in Linz, it was Saturday evening and there was virtually no one on the street. After checking in, we found that the hotel restaurant shuts down after Friday for dinner. We went out looking for an open restaurant but could not find one. We stopped of at a BP gas station and bought some food and went back to our room. This is probably a nice place for business travel, but not for a family on vacation looking for a fun place to stop off at.

Duschen ohne eine Überschwemmung zu verursachen war in meinem Zimmer unmöglich. Der Duschkopf müsste mal entkalkt oder ersetzt werden. Dadurch in den immer Nassen Ecken schmutzig. Sonst war die Sauberkeit absolut in Ordnung.

Keine Beanstandung und für den Preis wirklich empfehlenswert

Schönes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe. Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. An das moderne Konzept von offenen Bädern muss man sich erst noch gewöhnen.

Haben ein Quartier für einen Konzertbesuch im Posthof gesucht - zu Fuß erreichbar - alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Gern wieder!
