We stayed here in the summer and it was close to all our hiking we wanted to do. A beautiful view from the hotel room, with plenty of space for the family. Rooms looked pretty new and facilities were nice also! An enjoyable stay.

we booked this hotel: Top Floor with Panoramic view, but when we arrived, the front desk said our room is top floor, no more floor above us, we got our room on 2nd floor but there are 2 floors above us, confusing but we tolerate as always when we travel to a foreign country as a visitor. It otherwise a very nice location and good hotel conditions.

This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, but perfect! The drive to Hallstatt was perfect, the scenery was beautiful, the prices were great, the restaurant was…not bad but dinner buffet was like 25pp didn’t really think it was worth that. Rooms were small and no AC, and no coffee makers- so buy one at aldi! I would definitely stay here again though! The price and scenery made it worth while.

Room was overheated. No air conditioning. No desk in room. Limited space. Very basic breakfast. Man at reception has difficulty with English, hard to understand and seems annoyed with tourist questions Mountain view is stunning.

Absolute ’give a damn’ attitude of the staff.. whether when u are checking in or trying to ask for info, or even food.. extremely rude …if kitchen stops at 8:30 pm, they won’t even bother to inform u that u can order atleast a bar menu or pizza. We had to drive around town to find food and with nothing available, ended up dining on precooked n packed meals .. pathetic staff service.. no cleanliness in rooms .. no appliances, fans or ac.. hair dryer also wouldn’t work. For any thing u have to go all the way to the front desk coz they won’t provide a phone in the room to connect the hotel. Front desk is most of the times not even there so u can ask.. worst hotel ever….

Amazing views from your balcony. Everything was really clean, my kids loved having bunk beds, the breakfast was full of so many delicious options. We would stay here again for sure!!
