The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the efficiency of the online check-in/check-out process. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Loved that apples, little treats, and baked goods were available in the lobby 24/7. The location of the hotel to the sights, shops, and restaurants was ideal. Loved everything about our stay at this Boutique hotel

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, even when I left this morning and was not able to buy postcard stamps. I paid them for the stamps and the gentleman was going to get them for me and mail the postcards. The hotel is centrally located, I walked to every site and restaurant. When I go back to Vienna, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Staff happy and helpful. Lovely room. Great bed and shower. Enjoyed the treats left each day in our room. Perfect location. Most sites are within easy walking distance. Not too far from underground to get to Schonbrunn Palace. Really enjoyed this hotel.
