I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left.
The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food.
The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

From the outside the building looked like it had been clad in tin sheets. This turned out be the effect of mist and water on the glass exterior. Not a good design. The interior turned out to be amazing. Designed obviously for skiers with walkways instead of stairs to all floors. All rooms had a spacious room at the front for storing and drying wet clothing and equipment and a very spacious apartment behind it. Excellent food and very helpful and friendly staff made it a real pleasure to stay there. Highly recommended.

Checked in and asked for robes, found out at checkout they cost $7euros to use. Never explained to us and I've never had to pay at another hotel, so this was alarming. Front swak attendant was adamant I had to pay, I asked to speak with the manager, and they didn't come out, but the attendentt came back saying I didn't have to pay this fee.

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns gepasst.(Reisezeit, Juni)
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die Sauna mit dem traumhaften Ausblick.
Für Familien ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet - der Pool darf zwar nur bis 18:00 Uhr mit Kindern benutzt werden. Dafür gibt es noch einen Kletter und Spielbereich. In dem Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt.
Das Zimmer wird nur auf Verlangen gereinigt beziehungsweise Handtücher getauscht oder Müll geleert.
Wir kommen wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr kinder-/hundefreundlich, modern und ansprechend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Pool, sowie die Duschen am Pool waren sehr sauber und ansprechend mit sehr schöner Aussicht.
Zu erwähnen wäre, dass der Parkplatz 6 Eur pro Tag kostet.
Weniger schön war der Checkin. Wir haben 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir dran kamen. Das Ausfüllen der Formulare dauerte sehr lange. Leider ist kein Online-Chekin möglich. An der Rezeption war eine Person, der für den Checkin sowie Handtücherausgabe zuständig war.
Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
