Very impressive hotel in a spectacular location with excellent swimming and health facilities, very tasty breakfast and a lovely nearby local restaurant. A nice stopping point for travelling in Austria before putting the car on the train for Mallnitz.

Handy location. Some distance from the ski lifts but easily reached with the ski-bus. Clean and large room but situated next to the stairs and a little noisy. Breakfast and dinner excellent quality and organized.

They are very slow in everything- to clean the table in the breakfast area took half hour.
They are very nice peoples.

The stay was amazing on the lap of fresh nature, room was spacious having a nice balcony and staff was amicable. Food option was limited and suggest to have more varieties especially on Chicken menus. Public Transport is not convenient as it is 4 miles from Central Station and no restaurants are available in walking distance. Overall stay was fantastic in Gastein Valley....

We stayed during summer 2018. 3 family. Three rooms. We wanted to see real Austria. We all left very happy with town and entire Austria. Very nice and clean hotel. Perfect service. Everybody is very nice. Stuff is very friendly and patient with tourists. Locals are very polite and try to help. Hotel location is at the entrance into the town and far from downtown but it has it charm and since we had cars it was not a problem. Great view of mountains and Bad Gadstein itself. Sauna was very clean. Restaurant - good food. No complains at all. Great country. We will come back.

In general, a realy great hotel, it have everithing for whom is traveling area and those who are looking for spa and relaxation.
Great and rich breakfast, big and comfort rooms and of course, the great views of Tyrol from the room's privet balcony.
