There is no way this property can get less than perfect scores Things not listed: the fitness center has a full set of dumbbells and functioning, good condition weight machines (and adjustable bench) that can help you achieve a full powerlifting regime between all the stations. Yoga mats, cardio machines, and disinfection items present as well. The amenities are incredible: Food is very good (breakfast/dinner option) Staff is INCREDIBLE - such nice people, helpful, and hospitable. I interacted with many staff members and all of them were like that, I didn't expect such kindness! Sauna functioning, 3 rooms plus other amenities like water, tea, snacks, showers, changing room, towels, and loungers inside/semi outside Balcony lovely, with beautiful views and two way opening features Separate bathroom and shower, walk in closet with robe and slippers Terrace with view to the mountains and valley below Incredible child friendliness and fully stocked child playroom indoor and outdoor for all ages I got a massage here and the man was both skilled and professional, clearly presenting knowledge and effort They have a bunch of activities you can explore and they have daily schedules as well Appears to be family owned I cannot WAIT to come back, we are already dreaming about it and sorry we couldn't stay longer. What an absolute diamond and worth the splurge for a business that obviously continues to maintain a high standard and pay lots of attention to detail and maintenance

We stayed at this hotel after hiking. It is a beautiful place with a very nice view over the valley. Dinner and breakfast were included. We paid about the same price for an horrible stay in a hut without hot water. It is close to a cable car so I guess it is an excellent choice for ski also.

We arrived at our originally booked hotel in the Zillertal at 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening only to find that it was closed. After Consulting with Hotels.com we were directed to the Ferienhotel Aussicht in Finkenberg. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the Aussicht was a much better choice. The Aussicht is located high above the village of Finkenberg, overlooking the Zillertal valley below. Although there are narrow lanes to traverse to get there, the property itself is spacious with plenty of onsite parking and beautiful views of the valley. The staff couldn't have been nicer, especially Bobo. We were assigned a large, clean, and comfortable room with 2 twin beds together, sofa, tables, mini fridge, large closets, large balcony overlooking the valley, and modern furniture and fixtures. We received a great 4 course dinner that evening and a hot & cold breakfast buffet the next morning, both included in the room price. All in all it was a great visit, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit the Zillertal area.

Underbar utsikt och så serviceminded personal ! Vi älskade att bo på detta familjära och mysiga hotell. Bra parkering och det kändes så säkert och bra. Spa avdelningen är så fin. Mycket bra hotell som ligger på en topp. Mycket vackert.

Das ruhig gelegene Hotel in unmittelbarerer Nähe von finkenberg bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit dem hektischen Alltag zu entfliehen. Zur gondel wird man problemlos mit dem bus gebracht und kann den tag im recht hoch gelegenen Skigebiet genießen. Nach dem Tag auf der piste geht es nach einem kleinen snack in der Lobby in den ruhigen sowie neuen wellnessbereich. Beim Essen und auch ansonsten wurde man stets freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen selbst war gut. Die Frühstücksauswahl war groß.
