Garner Hotel VIENNA

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. We always had hot water and experienced no issues at all. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great location across from the train Station if you are coming from Bratislava & leaving to Prague. The only thing I’m not happy about was I thought I booked the breakfast with the hotel but apparently you still have to pay the breakfast up front once you do eat and checkout. Also, great location to some tour attractions. If you get there early, you can check ur luggage in a storage place for free and get it later when you get back. Overall I’m happy 4/5.

Minutes walk from train station

On the plus side, it’s across the street from Vienna Central Station and a quick walk to a metro stop. As for the other bits, there is NO A/C. There is also no fan available. You open the window and hope for a breeze. The TV is hit or miss and you could call reception - if there was a room phone. As for an iron/board, it’s not in the room and there was a lengthy discussion about my needing to leave a deposit for use of same to which they finally relented. Finally, the front of the toilet seat is positioned within inches of a wall making it a little challenging to heed the call when needed (especially the longer legged.) Room/shower was fine, there are a few stairs to get past before the elevator. Did I mention that they were close to transport?

Room was very clean. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. And we could sotre luggage!!

I almost started a fire using their hairdryer. It was smoking and quite hot. I did let the attendant know.

Huge bathroom, and FIVE twin beds which was plenty for our group of 3 but also had cozy 2 person sitting area. There wasn’t any AC..

Property was close to the Railway station. Room was spacious . TV reception was poor and all channels were pixalated

Our stay was fine. Not great, not terrible, simply ok. This is a budget hotel that offers affordable accommodation in a city of very expensive hotels. We stayed in a spacious "family" room. It was quiet at night - except for a man shouting into his phone for two hours with his window open in a nearby room. It was clean - additionally, rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were abundant and plush. However, the telltale signs of it being a budget hotel were clear: the WiFi was patchy, no A/C (room was warm), impossible to make the shower warm (either cold or scalding, no in between), breakfast was the same price for small children as for adults (despite a piece of toast and milk only being desired by the youngest), the soap was very thin and cheap, only half of the outlets in the room worked, and not all channels were clear on the television. I don't think we'll stay here again. However, if money is tight and you're looking for a place that's clean, safe, and near the main train station, this hotel could do the trick.

Chambre agréable et confortable. Légèrement bruyante car donnant sur une route principale. Hôtel proche de la gare centrale donc pratique pour les transports. Petit déjeuner parfait avec large choix.

Einmal und nie wieder. Das Fenster im 4. Stock ließ sich nicht dicht verschließen (im Winter und gleichzeitig Gefahr für Kleinkinder) sowie der Schrank war kaputt. Die Rezeptionistin wirkte, als ich ihr die Umstände mitteilte, sehr desinteressiert. Beim zweiten gebuchten Zimmer bekam ich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie, sondern ein Einzelzimmer und die Heizung sowie Steckdose funktionierten nicht. Gezahlt habe ich natürlich für die teurere Kategorie. Das Einzelzimmer wäre laut Webseite günstiger gewesen.. Außerdem war das Wasser in der Dusche nur lauwarm.

푹신한 침대, 깨끗한 침실, 친절한 직원, U라인과 트램, 기차역이 모두 가까운 최적의 위치로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점이 있다면 3박을 했는데 조식 뷔페가 매일 너무 유사해서 조금 질리는 감이 있었습니다.

Stanza pulitissima e confortevole. Colazione ottima. Personale disponibile e gentile. Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Consigliato
